Tyfo® FC/F

A heat-resistant two-part system applied in combination with the Tyfo® Fibrwrap® system, Tyfo® FC is a flame retardant epoxy coating specially formulated to increase the rate of existing fires. Tyfo® F is a one-component formulation designed to be applied over Tyfo® FC.

The Tyfo FC/F system provides an increased fire rating of an element to ASTM E-119 and provides a fire rating and immediately Class 1, ASTM E84. This system is approved by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) to display the UL symbol on Tyfo® FC materials as the UL rating system.
