Corrosion that occurs in buildings due to an aggressive environment can be one of the main causes of decreased capacity to pressure in the pipeline. Corroded industrial pipes are likely to lose their strength. Thus, in order for industrial pipes to continue to function properly, repairs to industrial pipes need to be carried out.

MAIN PROBLEM
Pipes have decreased capacity to pressure due to corrosion damage. The strength of the corroded pipe can be significantly reduced compared to when the pipe was initially installed.
SOLUTION
OUR SOLUTIONS
To strengthen the pipe, it is necessary to install Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System, Tyfo® SEH-51A, and Tyfo® SW Epoxy (Wet Primer). The Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System can be used to strengthen pipes to accommodate increased internal stresses, flexural loads, traffic and earth loads. Therefore, this system needs to be installed on pipes that have decreased capacity to pressure due to corrosion damage.
In addition to the Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System, installation of Tyfo® SEH-51A and Tyfo® SW Epoxy (Wet Primer) is also necessary. Both are used to increase bond strength in wet pipe conditions.
